Start your email program (Outlook Express instructions are
here). Your email program and version may differ slightly.
- Go to Tools, then Accounts.
- Click on the Mail Tab, then click the Add button, then click the Mail
item.
- Then follow these screen shots:


Enter your mail
server settings here.
Account name is
your complete email address.

After completing the new email account setup,
- Click on the new account created (go to Tools, Accounts, Mail tab), then
click on Properties.
- Click on the Servers Tab.
- The My server requires authentication must be checked.
